Standard Delivery via USPS

Standard shipping applies to all domestic orders in the United States. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage Mail). Most orders ship within a 1-2 business day period, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and shipping location. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods. 

International Shipping Policy

At Little Shop of Pins, we are delighted to offer international shipping to our valued customers around the world. Please take a moment to review our international shipping policy:

Shipping Rates and Times:
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location. During the checkout process, you will be provided with accurate shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Customs Duties and Fees:
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Clearance:
Little Shop of Pins will ensure that all necessary customs documentation is included with your order to facilitate smooth customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of delays due to customs processing.

No Responsibility for Customs Fees:
Little Shop of Pins is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the importation process. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office to understand and be prepared for any potential charges.

By placing an international order with Little Shop of Pins, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this International Shipping Policy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Little Shop of Pins for your pin collection needs. All order shipments are packed on weekdays (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday with Priority Mail selected as the shipping option, that order will be processed and packed the following Monday.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. Little Shop of Pins is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from inaccurate address information.

Missing Packages:

At Little Shop of Pins, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Once your order leaves our facility and is marked as "delivered" by USPS, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In such instances, we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if the package was mistakenly delivered to them. Alternatively, you may file a claim with your local USPS to initiate the necessary steps for resolution. To file a claim with USPS please click here and submit. PRE-ORDER

Products on pre-order are indicated as such in the product description along with the date when the products will begin shipping. When a pre-order product is purchased with a regular product in the same order, the whole order will be shipped together on the expected ship date of the pre-order item. 

 

FEDEX SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Little Shop of Pins cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Little Shop of Pins' control.

 

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES

Little Shop of Pins does not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All orders returned to us will be canceled and refunded minus shipping charges.
